Windows 10 Laptop wont boot (bsod)

Hi all

i really hope you can help me, i know nothing about computers and laptops but my windows 10 acer laptop will not boot up not even in safe mode



i have what i now know is referred to as the blue screen of death and the info it gives me is....



\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

error code: 0xc0000221



i can not take it in for repair and i simply can not afford it and i was hoping to get some help here, i have looked for help on the web but i dont understand most the fixes as i said im no good with computer stuff.

Any suggestions?
